Connect your Stripe account
Click a button and log in to Stripe. You never give us keys — we only receive the authorisation. If you don't have an account yet, you create one on the spot.
Create your plans
Memberships, session packs or one-off services. You set the price and whether you charge monthly, yearly or per pack.

You get an address of your own, with your logo and your colours. Send it on WhatsApp, post it on social media or print a QR code.
Get paid every month
Charging is automatic, with retries when the card fails. The money goes straight to your IBAN.

We use direct charges on your Stripe account. In practice:
- You are the seller. Stripe receipts are issued in your name.
- The money never passes through us. We cannot hold, delay or lose it.
- We never store your keys. A failure on our side does not give access to your money.
- You see everything in the Stripe dashboard. The same one you are already used to.

Every tier includes everything. The only difference is how many active members you have. An active member is someone with a running subscription — someone who only bought a one-off pack does not count.
What people usually ask us
If you take no commission, how do you make money?
From the annual fee, and nowhere else. This is deliberate: it means we have no incentive for you to bill more through the platform, and we can honestly help you cut your processing costs.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, and that is what makes the model possible. If you don't have one yet, you create it during the connection — it takes a few minutes and identity verification is handled by Stripe. If you already have one, you connect the one you already use.
What fees does Stripe charge?
Its normal fees, charged directly to your account, exactly as if you were not using us. We add nothing on top and we receive no share of them.
Do you issue invoices?
No. We handle plans, the storefront, access and balances; invoicing remains yours, in the software you already use. Stripe sends the customer a receipt for every charge.
What if I want to leave?
You leave. The Stripe account is yours, the customers are yours, and the payment history stays in your account. You can revoke our access in the Stripe dashboard at any time, without asking us for anything.
I work with health data. Is that a problem?
It is a matter to take seriously, and we do. We are processors under the GDPR, with a data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors. We recommend that plan names do not reveal diagnoses or treatments — and the dashboard warns you about that.
Can my customers pay with MB WAY?
Cards work for everything, including memberships. Local methods for one-off purchases depend on what Stripe supports in Portugal at any given time — talk to us before you decide and we will tell you the exact status.
